Elderflower Sour

  • 1.75 oz NEFT
  • .75 oz fresh lemon juice 
  • 1 oz egg white
  • .5 oz Simple syrup
  • 3 dashes elderflower water 
  • 1 dash angostura aromatic bitters 

Dry shake all ingredients in shaker tin vigorously, then add ice and shake vigorously again. Double strain into martini glass. Garnish with angostura pinwheel and lemon twist.
