Elderflower Sour

  • 1.75 oz NEFT
  • .75 oz fresh lemon juice 
  • 1 oz egg white
  • .5 oz Simple syrup
  • 3 dashes elderflower water 
  • 1 dash angostura aromatic bitters 

Dry shake all ingredients in shaker tin vigorously, then add a ice and shake vigorously again. Double strain into martini glass. Garnish with angostura pinwheel and lemon twist.
